The Rules are simple, concise and apply to every member equally. It is VERY Important that you understand how our system works. IMPORTANT: To subscribe, you must be 18 years of age and live in a jurisdiction that authorizes lottery play. You CANNOT PARTICIPATE in Lottery Alliance group play if you reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, Utah, or Wyoming.

The following Rules, Policies and
Procedures (RP&P) will help make our play, together, fun and profitable.
These rules will be in effect until launch of our new player portal in 2012 as
we launch our international, team management software. Online Enrollment for ALL Members will begin Saturday
October 8th, 2011.

to become a Charter Player and Founder's
Club Member (FCM) by becoming one of the FIRST 1,000 members
of the Lottery
Alliance during this interim period of software development.
The Rules, Policies and
Procedures are simple, concise and apply to subscribing members.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or
older and live in a jurisdiction that has a government-sanctioned state or
provincial lottery. Residents of Alaska,
Alabama, Hawaii, Nevada, Mississippi, Utah, and Wyoming cannot participate in
Lottery Alliance because these states have no authorized state lotteries.
- The
membership fee is $35 per month. The
fee guarantees players with a five percent (5%) ownership interest in 160 lottery chances each month, based
on a 4-week Play Period during the month
of play.
- Subscribers
earn a residual affiliate commission of 28% ($7/month) for each person who is referred and joins the Lottery Alliance. Override affiliate bonuses are paid through seven generations. See
compensation plan under the "Affiliate" tab above.
- Members
authorize Lottery Alliance to act as their agent to purchase tickets
on their behalf.
- A
player will have fewer chances if they join after the first draw date of the
month. No chances will be purchased for players joining during the last week of
any month. Membership subscriptions made during the last week of any calendar
month will begin play during the following Play Period.

- Players
will share an interest each month in 160 lotto chances divided equally between
the top two U.S. National Lotteries
- Powerball (PB, 80 chances) and Mega Millions (MM, 80 chances).
- Each
team will be comprised of 20 players, who each own a 5% share of any prize
winnings.
- A
team's Monthly Prize Winnings of $2,000 ($100 per team member) or Less will be
used to purchase additional chances for bonus drawings for their team only. For instance, $200 in
winnings will provide an additional 100 PB chances and
100 MM chances during the team's next Play Period. Ownership interest in these bonus
tickets will remain at five percent (5%) per player. Winnings in excess of
$2,000 in a month will be disbursed equally to members.
- Taxes,
if any, are the sole responsibility of the game and contest winners. All other
taxes, meals, entertainment, tips, transportation, and all other items not
specified herein or as a part of the prize or winnings are the responsibility
of the winner(s). Winners should be aware that Federal taxes are taken first from
any major jackpot prize, and in some jurisdictions a state tax may be levied
before the final prize amount is awarded. The Lottery Alliance will provide
team winners a full accounting of winnings and any taxes associated with those prizes.
- Ticket
images will be displayed online prior to the first drawing and throughout the entire
4-week Play Period. Chances purchased for each Team will utilize the "Quick Pick" method for number
selection at the time of purchase at an authorized vendor. The "Advanced Draw"
feature will be utilized, which plays the same number combinations on team tickets during monthly Play Periods.
- The
Lottery Alliance is not responsible for inaccurate, duplicated, incorrect,
lost, late or misdirected communications, registration, or game information of any kind whether caused by a Registrant, equipment, technical
malfunction, or a communications error of any kind. Notify Support,
immediately, with problems or if your teams' ticket images will not
display in your browser.
- A
member forum will be created
for information and feedback between management & players.
- The
Lottery Alliance reserves the right, exercisable at any time, to disqualify,
prevent or otherwise refuse to allow any individual or entity from
participating as a member in this players' association.
- There will be no refunds on tickets purchased for a team of players. To request a refund on the monthly software fee that covers your website and the group's team management, send an email to SUPPORT [at] THELOTTERYALLIANCE.com
